Offering 22 guest suites, and a two Bedroom Owner’s Cottage. Every suite offers its own private porch, bedroom with sitting area and open fireplace, walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. The cottages are nestled in a native forest overlooking the golf course and the Pacific Ocean.

The feel is more of staying in a well-designed guest room in a private home, thus is the attention to detail in all aspects of each suite's interior design. Located down a meandering path and overlooking the golf course and Pacific Ocean, each of the six suites have comfortable and generous bedroom with a sitting area and open fireplace. 6 Suites of 601 sq. ft. or 55.9 sq. m

Deluxe Suites:
Set away from the main lodge and on the edge of a native Totara forest overlooking the golf course and Cavalli Islands, the 14 Deluxe Suites offer a spacious bedroom with a relaxing sitting area and fireplace, opening out to a large private balcony. Two of the Deluxe Suites offer the option to reserve an interconnecting smaller second bedroom (caddy room), making these ideal for family travel or children/nanny accommodation. The Deluxe Suites are 750 sq. ft. or 69.7 sq. m.

The Owner’s Cottage at Kauri Cliffs offers a true home away from home experience overlooking our multiple award winning golf course, the South Pacific Ocean and the Cavalli Islands.
• Two large bedrooms with walk-in-wardrobes and generous ensuite bathrooms
• Open fireplaces in both bedrooms and the living room
• Stunning private infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi
• A smaller study can be converted to an optional third bedroom with single bed, ideal for children or a nanny
If in house dining is preferred, a popular feature is the outdoor barbeque and cooking facilities for private use, though most guests opt for the use of a lodge chef to handle the culinary honours!
